Saying no when it is no
If your need falls outside our scope, we say so in the first conversation rather than at the third milestone.
About
A software engineering and architecture consultancy based in Dakar, serving companies and public bodies across West Africa.
Our approach
The cult of work done properly, and delivered on time.
Every day, clients rely on our IT consulting expertise to design technology solutions that inspire confidence and produce measurable results.
Our clients constantly trade off the demand for innovation against the requirement for operational excellence. Our job is to navigate those competing objectives: delivering speed and flexibility without sacrificing cost or security.
Their environments are complex. Our specialty is stitching cloud, automation, operations, security and software development into coherent solutions rather than stacked layers.
What we will not compromise on

Transparency on process
You know at any moment where the project stands, what is left, and what has slipped. No cosmetic status reports.
Deliver, do not demo
A prototype that impresses but does not hold up in production is of no interest to us. We measure what we ship.
Knowledge transfer
Your teams must be able to take over. Documentation, code review, support: included, not an add-on.

They work with us.
xadimouSALIH is made up of very good Java developers. They are extremely rigorous in what they do, and I greatly appreciated their ability to anticipate and their persistence in finding optimal solutions. They worked with me on rolling out Contact Center solutions. They met expectations very quickly and were genuine assets through their ability to go further and propose ideas of their own. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
